November is National Family Caregivers Month -- a time to recognize and honor family caregivers across the country. I began my family caregiver role 35 years ago. You may very well feel that rarely a day goes by when you are not doing something to care for a loved one. Make time for yourself, know that you can’t do everything at once, and ask for and accept help.
